Begin your day with an hour of calm movement and mindful breathing along the River Inn. A gentle walk to awaken the senses and reset the body and mind.

Breathing and walking are two things we do without thinking. This walk invites you to do both with attention.

During this hour-long early-morning walk, we’ll explore a series of breathing patterns and match them to our footsteps, finding a rhythm that restores focus and energy.

We’ll begin with a few light standing movements to release tension and open posture, then move into a guided walk along the river, alternating between mindful breathing and natural breath. The session closes with simple stretches, a short standing meditation, and a shared cup of tea before we return to the day.

The route follows the River Inn through Innsbruck’s urban landscape, offering a chance to notice the city waking up: the light on the water, the sounds, the rhythm of others beginning their morning.
