The tiny mindful offerings

Sensory Yin Yoga in Innsbruck, Tirol and Austria

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a delicious, slow-paced style of yoga that combines principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (yoga postures) that are held for 2-5 minutes.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

We love Yin Yoga because it allows us to slow right down, pay attention to what’s going on in our bodies and our minds.

Yin Yoga is great for the body, movement, breath, mindfulness, and being aware of our senses.

Pilates in Innsbruck, Tirol and Austria

Matt Pilates

Mat Pilates is low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates places a lot of emphasis on strengthening the core, but it’s not just about abs: it’s a full-body practice that will help you do everything better.

Regular practice has measurable results, improving things like balance, stability, and mobility.

We love Mat Pilates because it feels amazing and after a few classes, we can really see how it positively affects what we do every day.

Mat Pilates is great for lengthening the body whilst strengthening and toning it.

Breathwork and breathwalks in Innsbruck, Tirol and Austria

Breathwork & Breathwalks

Breathwork increases our awareness of our breath and how to regulate it. We use forms of seated and lying-down Yoga breathing to consciously and mindfully change our breathing patterns to improve relaxtion, clear the mind, reduce anxiety, sleep better, and cope with life.

Our signature Breathwalks combine outdoor walking with breathwork.

We love Breathwork because we see it working as we’re doing it, and it leaves us feeling energised and happy.

Breathwork is great for helping up learn how to control our breathing to meet the world on our own terms.

Sensory walks in Innsbruck, Tirol and Austria

Sensory walks

Our Sensory Walks are a form of mindfulness practice where we focus solely on the sensory aspects of our surroundings and help us to get more in tune with our bodies.

These immersive experiences bring the world to life in new and unexpected ways and offer the opportunity to experience our surroundings as if for the very first time.

We love Sensory Walks because they get us off our behinds, onto our feet, and into the world to experience the world around us in ways that our screens cannot replicate.

Sensory walks are great for reducing stress and anxiety, and for reconnecting us with nature and landscapes.

Meditation practice in Innsbruck, Tirol and Austria

Meditation Practice

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Meditation forms part of much of what we do at tiny mindful, and we also offer dedicated guided meditations to help you be present, relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and more.

We know how challening meditating alone can be, which is why we offer group guided meditations for the curious and experienced mindfulness practitioners alike.

We love Meditation because it allows to be present, to rest in the here and now, fully engaged with whatever we’re doing in the moment.

Meditation is great for bringing a sense of calm, peace and balance that is good for emotional well-being and overall health.
