This walk invites you to do both with attention. \nDuring this hour-long early-morning walk\, we’ll explore a series of breathing patterns and match them to our footsteps\, finding a rhythm that restores focus and energy. \nWe’ll begin with a few light standing movements to release tension and open posture\, then move into a guided walk along the river\, alternating between mindful breathing and natural breath.
